These terms are an agreement between you and XpoKit (“we”) for using the XpoKit app and xpokit.com. By using XpoKit you accept them.
What XpoKit does
Visitors share their contact card with stalls at events; exhibitors record and follow up with the visitors who shared with them.
Your account
- Give accurate details. Your card is what exhibitors rely on to contact you.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email.
- You must be at least 18.
Rules for exhibitors
- Use visitor details only to follow up on the conversation or enquiry from the event. Do not sell or publish them, and do not add visitors to bulk marketing lists without their consent.
- Remove a visitor’s details when they ask.
- Only upload content (logo, brochures, descriptions) you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful, misleading or harmful.
- You are responsible for your own compliance with data protection and telemarketing rules.
Rules for everyone
- No fake profiles or stalls, no impersonation, no spam, no scraping or automated access.
- Do not try to access data that is not yours or interfere with the service.
We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these rules.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Price
XpoKit is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, prices will be shown before you are charged.
No warranty and limits
XpoKit is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any contact will lead to business. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Ending
You can stop using XpoKit and delete your account at any time. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India have jurisdiction.
