Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

• Open XpoKit and go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, your profile and card.
• Stalls you own, with their products, brochures, team and the visitor lists in them.
• Your Expo Bag (the list of stalls you visited).

What is kept

• Cards you chose to share with a stall stay with that exhibitor, because you gave them your details. To have those removed too, say so in your email and name the stalls if you can.
• Records we must keep by law, if any, for the period the law requires.
